Maak de plugin-fabriek voor de componentenpicker. Geeft een functie terug die geschikt is voor tinymce.PluginManager.add().

Gebruik: tinymce.PluginManager.add( "pantokenComponents", createComponentsPlugin({ model, currentAssets, onMissingAsset }) );
