Créer la fabrique de plugin du sélecteur de composants. Retourne une fonction compatible avec tinymce.PluginManager.add().

Utilisation : tinymce.PluginManager.add( "pantokenComponents", createComponentsPlugin({ model, currentAssets, onMissingAsset }) );
