Ustvari tovarno vtičnika za izbirnik komponent. Vrača funkcijo, primerno za tinymce.PluginManager.add().

Uporaba: tinymce.PluginManager.add( "pantokenComponents", createComponentsPlugin({ model, currentAssets, onMissingAsset }) );
