@pantoken/core — de pantoken-transformer.

Definieert het uniforme plugincontract (PantokenPlugin)) en past de opgeloste token IR aan voor de native lineage (toStyleDictionary)). De upstream-resolving transform (buildTokens, die de GitHub-only @instructure/instructure-design-tokens) nodig heeft) woont op de aparte @pantoken/core/build-vermelding zodat deze hoofdvermelding vrij blijft van die exotische afhankelijkheid.
