@pantoken/core — pantoken 的轉換器。

定義統一的外掛合約 (PantokenPlugin))，並將解析後的 token IR 適配為原生 lineage (toStyleDictionary))。負責上游解析的轉換器 (buildTokens, which needs the GitHub-only @instructure/instructure-design-tokens)) 被放在單獨的 @pantoken/core/build 條目中，因而本主要條目得以免於那個特殊的相依。
