makeStrings(locale, overrides?): WebComponentStrings

בנה אובייקט WebComponentStrings עבור locale. שמות ימי השבוע נגזרים מ־Intl.DateTimeFormat (ומסובבים לפי יום הראשון של השבוע באזור); כל המחרוזות האחרות יחזרו לאנגלית אלא אם ניתנו ב־overrides.
