اطمینان حاصل می‌کند که components.json در دایرکتوری مشخص‌شده فضای نام @pantoken را ثبت کند. بازمی‌گرداند true اگر تغییر داده شده یا قبلاً وجود داشته باشد، false اگر components.json وجود نداشته باشد.
