Wendet Minifizierungs-Transformationen für Custom Properties auf einen Stylesheet-String an.

Erstellt ein PostCSS-Plugin-Array aus options und führt es synchron aus. Plugin-Reihenfolge: pruneCustomProps → flattenProperty → mangleCustomProps. Gibt die Eingabe unverändert zurück, wenn keine Optionen gesetzt sind.
