Konvertiert ein Inline-SVG in eine Android VectorDrawable-XML-Zeichenfolge. Strichbasierte Symbole (Lucide) geben strokeColor/strokeWidth aus; flächenbasierte Symbole (Custom) geben fillColor aus.
