بناء سلسلة ملف CSS: تسجيلات مُنَصَّفة @property (على المستوى الأعلى، غير مرتبطة بالثيم) تليها قسم واحد أو أكثر من التصريحات ذات النطاق (التي قد يعيد البناء المستهلك كتابة محدداتها).
