@pantoken/vanilla — Instructure design tokens as a Vanilla Forums Foundation variables.json.

toVanillaVariables converts any IR; variables is the ready-made rebrand object. Push it to a theme with the Vanilla API: PUT /themes/{themeID}/assets/variables.json.
