Genereer CSS-regels voor alle aangepaste thema-kleurkeuzes door primitieve kleurenschaalstappen te remappen (--instui-primitive-color-navy-* and --instui-primitive-color-blue-*), terwijl expliciet genoemde blauwe accent-tokens behouden blijven.
