`@pantoken/dtcg` — the Instructure tokens as a W3C Design Tokens (DTCG) document.

The default export is the `rebrand` DTCG tree; every theme is available by name. Use
[toDtcg](functions/toDtcg.md) to convert an arbitrary IR yourself.
