# Interface: ToCssOptions

## Properties

### scope?

> `optional` **scope?**: `string`

Beta

The selector scoped declarations are emitted under (default `":root"`).

### layer?

> `optional` **layer?**: `string`

Beta

Plain cascade layer name wrapping the declarations (no `@` prefix). Omit to skip the wrapper.

### emit?

> `optional` **emit?**: [`CssEmitTarget`](../type-aliases/CssEmitTarget.md)

Which half of the sheet to emit (default `"all"`).

### declareAll?

> `optional` **declareAll?**: `boolean`

Beta

Emit every token as a declaration rather than routing concrete tokens to `@property`. Required
for a theme block that can nest inside another theme's subtree: an incomplete block would
inherit the enclosing theme's values for the tokens it omits.

### plugins?

> `optional` **plugins?**: readonly [`PantokenPlugin`](../../../../packages/core/src/interfaces/PantokenPlugin.md)\[]
